To further reduce potential issues, we’re introducing our new Inspection Station at the Warehouse, which is currently in the works and coming soon. Here, every product will be thoroughly examined before delivery, ensuring that only the highest-quality items reach your home. While this won’t alleviate every issue, as damages can still occur during transit, it will significantly help in catching potential problems early.

Installation Delays
While our processes are designed to catch and prevent most issues, some damages during transit are unavoidable. We address these challenges head-on with proactive measures and a commitment to resolving them quickly and effectively. From immediate reorders to constant communication, our goal is to see your project through to a flawless finish, providing peace of mind and a result you’ll love.
We will contact the supplier to address the issue and order the correct replacement promptly.
Our products are custom-made, resulting in longer reorder times. While we strive to expedite these orders, lead times can be challenging due to industry standards.
Our manufacturers may be able to shorten the reorder timeline by up to two weeks, but this is not guaranteed and is quite rare for custom orders.
We will keep you informed about the estimated delivery time for your replacement. Delivery times may be influenced by factors such as custom orders and shipping distance.
Once your replacement arrives, we will manage the installation process.
We will communicate any potential delays due to weather conditions or the complexity of the job.
